President

Monick Halm is the founder of Real Estate Investor Goddesses. She is an educator and advocate for female real estate investors, and has a mission to help 1 million women achieve financial freedom through real estate. Monick is herself a real estate investor and syndicator, and owns, together with her investors, over 1000 residential doors and industrial assets across fifteen states.


She is a graduate of McGill University and Columbia Law School and a licensed California real estate agent. She is the #1 bestselling author of The Real Estate Investor Goddess Handbook and Invest Like a Goddess - Advice from the Most Successful Women in Real Estate, a TEDx speaker, podcast host, real estate strategy mentor, yogi, world traveler, attorney, wife, and mother of three amazing kids.

Pete “The Deal Hunta” Halm specializes in identifying high-value investment opportunities and crafting strategic partnerships to facilitate large-scale real estate acquisitions, particularly in multifamily and industrial properties. With a professional background rooted in city planning, design and branding, Halm has used his skills to reposition and add value to numerous properties, which has significantly benefited his investors by maximizing returns.

Halm’s expertise extends to raising capital and syndicating real estate deals, a skill he’s honed through years of experience and innovation. Over time, he and his wife Monick, a best-selling author and the founder of Real Estate Investor Goddesses, have transacted over $200 million in real estate deals. Together, they host the Real Estate Soulmates Retreat, aimed at helping couples improve both their financial and personal partnerships. Halm is also recognized for sharing strategies that have proven successful in syndication, as he often emphasizes the importance of branding and relationship-building within the real estate community to drive growth and attract investors​.

He is a graduate of the University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia with a degree in town and country planning.
